We are sorry that you are having problems with the application and will do our best to resolve them as quick as possible. Now, the more information you give us, the sooner we will be able to pinpoint the issue.

Here’s what might help: a detailed description of the problem, your TV model number and year, the date and time the problem occurred, the video and/or channel you were watching, actions you were trying to perform when you experienced the issue.

Oh, and one last thing. Did you make sure your TV is connected to the Internet? It may sound very obvious, but the loss of connectivity is usually the reason the app stops working.
