Are you having trouble accessing Channel Plus, powered by XUMO, on your LG smart TV? If so, please see below so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Are you getting a blank / black screen or are unable to make the video fullscreen?

Unfortunately, this is a symptom of something malfunctioning with Channel Plus. To resolve, please follow these steps: 

  • Reset your Internet connection. Wait 60 seconds to turn it back on and check to make sure your smart TVs network connection has reconnected.
  • Restart your TV. Wait 60 seconds after turning it off to turn it back on. This should ensure your Internet connection has been reestablished.
  • Check to make sure you are running firmware version 05.30.02. Visit LG’s website here to make sure you are running the latest version. If you need to update your firmware, please do so and then restart your TV and try re-launching Channel Plus from the app launcher bar.
